CAJUN BREADING MIX

Combine all of the following:
2 cups flour, 4 tsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
VARIATION:
Substitute 
2 cups corn flour (fine ground corn meal)

The Cajun Onion Blossom
Follow the instructions for making an Onion Blossom on the Instruction;
Use Bayou Magic's "Onion Magic Cajun" breading and batter mix or make your own batter mix.  See "CAJUN BREADING MIX" above. cajun!!!
Onion Blossom IDEAS!
The Cowboy Onion
Season, to taste with your favorites such as butter, garlic, Cajun/Creole seasoning, chili powder, salt & pepper.  Wrap loosely with foil and place on  the barbecue pit or in the oven at 375 degrees until done.  Place on serving plate and remove core.  It's ready to enjoy  on your sandwich or as a side dish.
